Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking a stylist session with us. This 1-hour Zoom call is designed to ensure the perfect fit between your styling needs and our statement pieces. Please review the policy below before your session: 📅 1-Hour Booking Overview During the session, you'll share your styling needs, the purpose of the pull (e.g. shoot, event, editorial), and the specific pieces you're interested in. We’ll also finalize the loan duration, delivery timelines, and return process. Dry cleaning is covered by us, so you don’t need to worry about post-use care. 🚚 Shipping & Returns If you’re based in NYC: We cover the courier costs to and from your location. All deliveries and pickups are handled by our trusted local courier partners. If you’re based outside NYC (U.S. only): We cover standard shipping costs both ways. Express shipping can be arranged for an additional fee. 📦 Return Policy All items must be returned in original condition by the agreed return date. If an item is damaged, lost, or returned late, additional charges may apply. A prepaid return label (or return pickup details) will be provided based on your location. ❗ Cancellations & No-Shows You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no cost. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $10 fee. If you're more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show.
