Complimentary Alterations

 

 

We offer one complimentary alteration on all made-to-order pieces.

This applies to minor sizing adjustments that maintain the integrity of the original design.

 

• Alteration requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• We’ll guide you through next steps, including local tailoring recommendations (if applicable) or instructions to send the piece back to us.

 

 

 

Shipping

 

 

Shipping costs for returning the item for alteration are the responsibility of the client. We cover the cost of shipping it back to you after the alteration is complete.

 

 

What’s Not Covered

 

 

• Alterations based on incorrect measurements submitted during the order process.
  (But don’t worry, we’re here to guide you when taking measurements.)

• Major design changes or custom redesigns post-purchase.
